BORN Karion 125

We got a message asking to make something similar of the Tracker and mixed with some bits of la beach, taking as donor the Hyosung Karion 125. After receive the motorcycle it started the job, we have never seen or put own hands into a Karion and some issues start to appear after take off all the plastic covers, for example, the weird frame forms that we had to re-build in order to get the correct balance we'd like to reach, we tried to get a rough, strong and square look in the whole bike, sharp and aggressive.

Below those words you can see some of the transformation process.

Hans Sures

Hans Sures is an Artist based in London who like to paint canvas, boards or anything, he likes to build things and sometimes take some pictures.

Commissioned Karion

We are doing a commissioned work and we are enjoying as never before doing it, we can't wait for final result more than its owner, the feeling that we have at this point is sick, the donor bike is a hurly burly wheel Hyosung Karion 125. The costumer send it from Italy and ask us to build some tracker style with it.

Enjoy the process, more pictures will be post here soon.

Why I Ride - Francie

After Passion at Work, comes the second episode of Why I Ride, this time featured by Leslie and her bike, Francie.

Growing up in a family of riders, it was natural that Leslie would have a "desire to get on the road." As a designer living in New York, Leslie is always in search of a chance to get on the road.

Despite the fact that riding's often seen as a "masculine thing," Leslie's love of bikes and the freedom of the road have remained since childhood. "I just want to do things because they are worth doing," she explains. Riding is her way to connect with herself, let go of insecurities, and rediscover what's important in life.

There's something really, really romantic about the connection with your motorcycle …" Leslie's Harley, Francie (named after her grandma) is the bike that changed her perspective on riding. Francie helps Leslie escape the pressures and responsibilities of the city and find "a place of happiness.

I’m the one making the road, drawing the map. See where the road takes.

It can be a painted canvas, it can be a T-shirt or a shoe. It can be a pair of sunglasses or a skateboard. It can be a motorcycle or a dress, or a neckless. It can be anything we believe will make you look nicer, anything that will make you feel happier, that makes you get there with style, and will give you that extra spark of fun & uniqueness to get through the day.

We believe every single one of us is unique. So we create one of a kind art pieces you can wear or ride. All are one-off pieces, crafted one by one. Not two are alike, ever.

SnowDogs

anyone even slightly familiar with UNIMOTO?

Unimoto are more or less the sort of thing that goes anywhere and almost never right, motorcycles without front wheel where the driver is placed after the single wheel of the bike full swinging their bodies to Channel the energy in the right direction. Once again, the fans of Unicycle motor crews gather near Samara to determine the best, But it seems are not for trophy cups that people are going to such events.

10th International Winter motorcycle rally "SNOWDOGS" this time took place in the immediate vicinity of annular ice road "Samara -ring".

It's pretty crazy when riding without front wheel, so it would not be possible for drivers to have to do more to accelerate and control their unimotos in a straight line. It seems that they knew little, so why keep it simple and do a little snow ...

Dakar 2014: Coma Title

Red Bull KTM factory rider Marc Coma coasted into Valparaiso, Chile, on Saturday afternoon to pick up his fourth individual Dakar title and to secure KTM’s thirteenth title in this most toughest of rallies.

Coma described his Dakar experience as “an extreme and grueling Dakar” and dedicated the win to “my friend Kurt Caselli”. Caselli, part of the Red Bull KTM Factory team was killed in a race accident in November.

“Without the right people behind me it would have been impossible to win,” Coma said. “We have worked very well throughout the race and also before. Last year I went through a very difficult situation not being able to compete because of injury and I came back to win the race. I think this says a lot about the people I have around me. I am very proud of this victory. What was key to winning the Dakar was not to make any mistakes.”
